Financial Issues

There is a wide range of financial issues. Some financial institutions and banks have been known to disregard consumer protections. Another type of financial issue is financial abuse. Financial abuse can by overt or subtle and can happen to anyone. Abusers can be family, caregivers, partners, or ex-partners who will limit the victim access to assets or conceal information.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) will help those who fall victim to financial issues or financial abuse. Complaints may be filed at https://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/.
