The 9/11 Memorial & Museum offers complimentary tickets for service members. Additional tickets for family members and friends are available for purchase and require a separate transaction.

The Museum is open Wednesday through Monday and select Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Visitors are invited to explore at their own pace, but should plan on spending 45 to 90 minutes.
